叉车基本电气配件如下：

一、叉车蓄电池。叉车蓄电池是在叉车启动发动机配件时向启动电动机提供电能，而当叉车发动机正常工作后又能储存发电机输出的电能的电器元件。

二、叉车发电机。叉车发电机是将机械能转变为电能的电器设备，其前端为带轮，上面安装传动带；后端有连接柱（一般不4个接线柱），每个接线柱的符号及其含义都有不同。

三、叉车启动电动机。启动电动机（又称为启动机）是将电能转变为机械能的电器元件，启动机的接线柱有两个正极，A是叉车蓄电池正极引线，B是点火开关接线（接线符合为5R或5Y）。

叉车继电器。叉车继电器是利用小电流来控制大电流的电器元件。可以分为两种，一种是电源继电器，一种是喇叭继电器。

四、电容。叉车电容是一种聚集电荷的电器元件，其聚集的电荷量与其两端的电压成正比。叉车电容本身不消耗电能，储存的电荷在放电时返回路。电容还能吸收电路中的电压变化，利用电压的储存来吸收危险的电压尖峰。电容由正、负极板组成，一般并联在电路两端。电容电源正极是正极板，接电源负极是负极板，两极板之间必须用缘物（称电介质）分隔。电介质可由陶瓷、玻璃纸、塑料等材料制造。

五、二极管、三极管和稳压管。

4、 Capacitance. Forklift capacitor is a kind of electrical component that gathers charge, the amount of charge is proportional to the voltage at both ends. The forklift capacitor itself does not consume electric energy, and the stored charge returns to the circuit when discharging. The capacitor can also absorb the voltage changes in the circuit and use the voltage storage to absorb dangerous voltage spikes. The capacitor is composed of positive and negative plates, which are usually connected in parallel at both ends of the circuit. The positive pole of the capacitor power supply is the positive pole plate, and the negative pole of the connected power supply is the negative pole plate. The two plates must be separated by insulation (called dielectric). The dielectric can be made of ceramic, cellophane, plastic and other materials.
