The separating bearing of clutch works very frequently, and its damage frequency accounts for a large proportion of forklift truck faults. If the driver operates well and maintains it in time, the bearing can be used for about three months, but it must be replaced when it is repaired. If the driver's technical level is low, the forklift truck will be damaged almost every month, and other parts, such as separation lever and clutch plate, will be damaged after the damage.
Where is the cause of the clutch release bearing easily damaged?
In practice, although the driver was strictly required to drip oil once a day to separate bearings, this not only complicated operation, but also the bearing is often damaged. According to the analysis, because the high temperature of the engine is transmitted to the separate bearing, and the high speed rotation of the bearing will also produce high temperature, it is difficult to retain lubricating oil in the bearing under such conditions, the bearing works continuously at high temperature, and because of the poor lubrication conditions, the separate bearing is easy to be damaged frequently.
The oil filling method of the engine is not disintegrated:
First, open the clutch cover and observe the wear of the separation bearing. If the bearing is not damaged or worn out, remove the clutch pedal, adjust the connecting rod pin, so that the separation bearing and its seat back to the final position, with a pointed butter gun to the bearing seat hole filling butter, until the bearing oil overflow, and then turn slightly. Move the bearing, fill again, repeat the above work, until there is a little butter around the bearing overflow, and then make the bearing rotation, observe the amount of oil, if the bearing rotation resistance, prove that the bearing has been filled with butter. Then remove a small amount of butter spilled from the separate bearing seat and reassemble the removed pin and clutch cover.
Oil injection method for engine disassembly:
The engine is disintegrated and exposed to the assembly of the separation bearing and the bearing seat. The small oil hole below the inner ring of the separation bearing seat is refueled with a pointed butter gun. When the bearing has a butter overflow, the bearing is turned until there is a butter overflow in the bearing ring.
